HFbioVR Immersive

What it is

HFbioVR Immersive runs HFbioVR exercises in full virtual reality: relaxation and breathing scenes, attention and memory tasks, movement and balance activities.

It works together with HFbioVR — Brain Training: you choose the exercise there, and HFbioVR Immersive opens it in an immersive session. When the exercise ends you go back to HFbioVR — Brain Training.

How to use it

• Install both HFbioVR — Brain Training and HFbioVR Immersive on the same headset.
• Open HFbioVR — Brain Training and sign in with the HFbioVR account of the professional or organisation that guides your sessions.
• Start an exercise: it opens in HFbioVR Immersive by itself.

Headsets

Meta Quest headsets. An internet connection is needed.

Safety

Use the app in a clear space, follow the Meta Quest health and safety warnings and take a break whenever you feel discomfort. The app is meant for ages 13 and over.

HFbioVR is a wellness product. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition.
