1. Who we are

These Terms govern the use of the HFbioVR applications distributed through the Meta Horizon Store (the "Apps"). The Apps are published by Human Flow Health Technology SRLS, VAT no. 01782670051, Via Monsignor Giuseppe Bolla, 14036 Moncalvo (AT), Italia ("we", "us").

2. What the Apps are

The Apps run HFbioVR wellness and cognitive training exercises in virtual reality on Meta Quest headsets. They are used together with a session guided by a professional or by an organisation (for example a studio, a centre or a company) that uses HFbioVR.

The Apps are not a medical device. They are not intended to diagnose, monitor, treat, cure or prevent any disease or health condition, and they are not a substitute for the advice of a doctor or other qualified health professional.

3. Access

To use the exercises you need an HFbioVR account or a session link provided by the professional or organisation that guides your sessions. We may suspend access in case of misuse or breach of these Terms.

4. Age and health & safety

• The Apps are intended for users aged 13 and over, in line with their age rating. Users under 18 should use them under the supervision of an adult.
• Read and follow the Meta Quest health and safety warnings before use.
• Use the Apps in a clear, safe space, preferably seated, and keep the headset play area boundary active.
• If you have had seizures or epilepsy, are pregnant or have a heart condition, consult a doctor before using virtual reality.
• Stop immediately and remove the headset if you feel dizziness, nausea, eye strain or any other discomfort.
• Breathing exercises: always breathe comfortably. Never hold your breath or breathe faster or deeper than feels natural; if you feel light-headed, stop and breathe normally.

5. Optional sensors

Some exercises can use physiological sensors (for example skin conductance, temperature, heart rate or breathing). These sensors are third-party products, are not part of the Apps and must be used according to their manufacturer's instructions. The values shown in the exercises are a training feedback, not a medical measurement.

6. Data

Exercise results are saved in the HFbioVR account of the professional or organisation that guides your sessions, so that you and they can see your progress. For these data we act on their behalf. How we process personal data is described in our Privacy Policy; for privacy requests write to privacy@humanflowhealthtech.com.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to copy, modify, reverse-engineer or redistribute the Apps, except to the extent permitted by applicable law, not to use them for unlawful purposes and not to interfere with their operation or security.

8. Intellectual property

The Apps, their content, graphics, audio and trademarks belong to Human Flow Health Technology SRLS or its licensors. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Apps in accordance with these Terms and with the Meta Horizon Store terms.

9. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Apps available and up to date, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may update the Apps and these Terms; the date at the top of this page shows the latest version.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or for damages resulting from use contrary to these Terms or to the safety warnings. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, nor the rights of consumers.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Italian law. For non-consumer users the competent court is Milano; for consumers, the court of their place of residence.
